Pro-democracy leaders in Hong Kong could be jailed for 10 years as they go on trial on 11 November [UPDATE: The trial has been postponed to January. We'll keep protesting - keep the pressure up!]. HK Alliance organisers, including trade unionist Lee Cheuk-yan and human rights lawyer Chow Hang-tung, are charged with inciting subversion under Beijing’s “National Security Law” for protests and vigils upholding the memory of the Tiananmen Square massacre and the 1989 democracy movement.

工運人士李卓人、人權律師鄒幸彤因為組織悼念和抗議活動，守護天安門屠殺和八九民運記憶，被控國安法下煽動顛覆罪。
